MARTINA ERCOLI

Martina Ercoli is an International Senior Recruiter (multilingual English, Italian, Spanish) with a Bachelor Degree in Philosophy and Post Graduate Degree in HR Management. After six years working as International Program Manger for Inclusion and Diversity and Talent Acquisition Specialista at Amazon Web Services, she is currently working at the London headquarter of Meta Senior Tech Recruiter EMEA.

Martina started as a Talent and Branding Consultant in a Wed Marketing Start Up in Rome to move to an all-round generalist role within a Multinational Pharmaceutical company.

She specialized in International Talent Acquisition and Social Recruiting in London within Pharma and Technology Sectors.

She has deep expertise of Recruiting in multiple markets such as UK & Ireland, Italy, Iberia, France, Germany, Poland, Nordics, UAE, Greece and Mexico.

With particular focus on Social Recruitment, Social Media Marketing, Career Development and HR Project Implementation, she is now expanding her knowledge to Neurodiversity Recruitment, with a Master Degree in Applied Neuroscience at Kings’ College London.

In 2014 she started collaboration with several Business Schools, Universities and no profit Organizations both in Italy and UK in which she teaches Social Recruiting, Career Conciousness and Diversity & Mental Health in the workplace.
